Description
The Xtar VC8 is an 8-channel charger that supports Li-ion, NiMH, and NiCd chemistries. This charger is powered by USB-C and supports QC3.0 fast charging to maximize input power.A maximum 3A current for each slot makes light work of charging even the largest cells, but the current can be easily adjusted down to 2A, 1A, 0.5A, or 0.25A allowing the user to adjust the currents to the demands of their batteries.
rThe integrated LCD screen provides real-time information including voltage, capacity, internal resistance, and battery type. Each of the eight (!) channels is monitored and controlled completely independently, so you can charge different size cells and even different chemistries at the same time in complete safety.
rThe VC8 has two additional modes: grade and storage. Storage mode makes it easy to charge or discharge batteries to an appropriate storage voltage to maximize the lifespan of your batteries especially when they’re in transport. Grade mode tests the true capacity of your batteries so you’ll know what they’re truly capable of.
