Description
The BPC GenX Steel Rail Chassis Kit is more than just a set of rails! This is a complete competition grade chassis system that you combine with your skid and D60 or AR44 style axles, to create a high performance chassis option for SCX10/SCX10 II owners. When compared to the Gen6 chassis, the GenX offers improved axle housing clearance, three additional shock mount holes in the front and rear, as well as an extra pair of rear upper link mount holes. This was done to provide increased tuning options, and compatibility with a wider range of axle housings including portal axle configurations.
This made in the USA kit includes cross braces, X-braces, battery tray and necessary hardware to create an incredibly capable, competition ready upgrade for your SCX10 based rig.
If you want to convert the front to a CMS setup, use BPC SCX10 CMS Kit (BPCSCXCMS), or SCX10 Chassis Mount Servo Plate (BPCCHSRV – requires axle side panhard mount)
NOTE:
- BPC components are designed for builders. Modification to these parts and/or your existing parts may be required to work with your application.
- These parts are made from Steel. They can rust if they aren’t painted or powder coated. If this concerns you, we recommend you prep and paint the parts as needed, or have them powder coated.
- SCX10 II applications will require either a CMS kit, or an Axle Mounted Servo conversion for the AR44 axle housing.
