The “No Compromise” Deadcat Design
The ApexDC EVO features a unique and innovative arm geometry that keeps the front and rear motors aligned in the beloved compressed-X layout. By using standard 5″ Apex arms in the front and 6″ arms in the rear, it achieves a perfectly clear view for your HD camera while maintaining the balanced handling and predictable feel that the Apex frame is famous for. This is a deadcat frame without the classic handling drawbacks.
Premium Camera & HD System Mounting
Your expensive camera and video transmitter are protected by best-in-class hardware. The redesigned aluminum camera mount, paired with TPU insulation inserts, firmly locks your 19mm micro camera in place and allows for 4 different mounting positions to perfectly accommodate your lens. For digital FPV systems, the ApexDC includes a die-cut mylar insulator and non-conductive POM hardware to completely isolate your HD VTX from the carbon frame, preventing dangerous electrical shorts.
The Mr. Steele Edition Upgrade
For the ultimate out-of-the-box experience, the Mr. Steele Edition includes everything in the base kit, plus a host of premium upgrades:
- Custom Coyote Brown injection-molded skids and bumper.
- A complete 7075-T6 lightweight aluminum hardware kit (in addition to the standard steel).
- A custom-designed GoPro mount and a unique aluminum bolt for easy angle changes.
- A dedicated TPU mount for the TBS Tracer Immortal-T antenna.
- An additional LiPo strap and foam landing pads.
